Idk about itch. I know of here, there are a lot of real porn games. You can click on latest updates, and filter by real porn. A lot of these game Devs will be on Patreon. Itch, I have no idea though.

AI translations are very poor at their current state. It would not be difficult for you to find people here willing to help. There are forum threads where devs advertise for help. My recommendation is to use AI as a starting point, then allow native speakers to edit the text appropriately. This happens in many games on this site, so not very difficult to make happen.
This is odd...why would they do such a thing, especially if you have a model release? Unless they received a DMCA take-down request, they're ok.
However, you can use real photographs as a base for creating DAZ/Blender assets. Then you'd be in the clear with itch.

We reread all their rules and did not find any such restrictions there. However, we can't do anything about the ban on ITCH.
I'll try to recreate the game page, maybe I'll get a more adequate moderator. I think we ourselves simply shouldn’t have written in every second line of the description that the game is based on real photos.

I am with you. That is one silly explanation. It seems on any forum there is one moderator who gets their jollies by throwing their weight around. Is there an appeal process? Maybe if they understood the effort you take to edit once the photograph is taken they (or another moderator) would change their mind.
Furthermore, what are they going to do when games with generative AI are commonplace? For example, the following is a full AI image, the winner of a recent AI beauty contest. She is not real, but certainly looks it. If someone comes along and makes a game with this type of image (which will soon happen), is itch going to ban them or take a developers word that it's not a real human? It seem their policy is outdated and not a little bit illogical.

I agree that this is terribly illogical. After all, even AI images are trained on real photos, but they are not banned. Perhaps we should write everywhere that they are based on 3D models or that it is all generated
In any case, we would really like to get to the ITCH and we will try again
