Yes, you have right. But know that it require a goood knowledge of renpy coding. I am new on renpy and I want to make all that simply and focus on the story mainly.

That's basic day 1 variable entry and retrieval operations for any coding language/framework. If you don't understand how to do that stop now and take the time you learn basic renpy coding before you completely embarrass yourself.

The main girls in the anime are all under 16 (the 612-year-old fairy loli excluded) so you probably will still violate rule 7 for showing most of the girls without underwear and your so-called risky shots.

Rule 7 - "Content (a game, image, video, story, animation, etc.) depicting nudity or sexualization or sexual/erotic activity involving prepubescent character(s) is prohibited. A "prepubescent character" is one that visually shows no sign of puberty, or if non-visual is otherwise clearly intended to represent a prepubescent character.2D and 'unrealistic' depictions are generally looked upon more favorably. As this involves some discretion, if you are unsure ask a Staff Member."

Based on that wording technically the issue isn't so much listed age as it is the sexualization of children before they reach puberty and begin to take on adult sexual characteristics which up until the 16-1700's would have made them viable and since then at least the mistaking them for viable understandable as long as you didn't actually do anything with them. Girls in sexually suggestive clothing/positions would constitute sexualization and thus violate the rule especially if those positions involved no underwear. In the case of this game I fully agree it will get slapped down for a rule 7 violation sooner or later since it uses semi-realistic 3d models even more loli than the original anime depictions for most of the characters. The fact the youngest character there is only 12 certainly doesn't help it's case from a moral or legal standpoint.

It's also worth noting most Harem anime involves high school students who are typically 15-17 in Japan. Most however would not get rumbled by rule 7 even for the 15 yr olds though because they typically give them bodies and/or behavior so outrageously adult that you have a hard time believing they're not. A fine example of this is in the first season of Infinite Stratos one of the female characters has her yukata lifted by her teacher/the MC's older sister to show black lace underwear she wore cause she thought she was gonna get some from the MC on a class trip. This prompted said teacher/sister to comment on how the girl was precocious (acting more adult than she really was for those with a bad vocab) and hadn't expected her "lewd 15 yr old desires" to be expressed to her teacher. The character in question while only 15 was depicted with at least a D cup and the sort of body a professional model would kill for ie fully sexually mature.

So in short 4 simple rules to avoid rule 7 complications:

1. Don't list an age unless they're 18+.
2. If they're not obviously meant to be 18+ only say they are in high school which typically would at least make them of legal consenting age while leaving their exact age up to the imagination.
3. If they're in high school be sure to give them physical and/or mental traits that imply maturity.
4. Never go lower than 15 and if you're gonna go that low it better be more comedic than adult.

The accusation of "porn addicted" came after numerous people kept attacking the game and dev for the game having no sexual content and no plans of sexual content (at least not on the version posted here) amid insistence that this site is only for games with sexual content (false claim.) As far as I can tell these comments were directed at those people. And I could see myself reacting the same. Once upon a time I would have. Criticism can be constructive, or it can be destructive. Offer up the former and you're not likely to get such a reaction.

I don't recall anyone calling anyone delusional except one of the more obnoxious "critics" (who is currently on my ignore list.)

If I have to obey to all nonsense of the users in the previous posts, the game will not be anymore a parody of "Isekai wa smartphone to tomo ni" but a squalid parody of "Rocco Siffredi goes to another world and bangs all the chicks with his gun".

Even I can lose my temper every now and then because I am human not a saint. I have explained all too well in my post and even apologized for my lack of information. From my personal point of view a Partial censor consist in a risqué shot like a photo of a fluttering skirt showing a female underwear. I hope I was clear in my description. you don't seem to understand that no one tryed to order you around, people gave you advice and information on how to go around the problem you encounter because you said that your game will have sexual content in the futur and peope are interested in this game, some people gave you the easy way, start by "all character are over 18", those aren't interesting to you because it would breack the story, as most of the early situation is about mc wanting to wait all the girls to be of marriable age before doing anything with them, and i personnaly like the idea to keep some comon ground with the original story in case of a fangame (parody don't need to respect anything and should not) but someone gave you a complete and elaborate way of going around that problem without using the easy way but you were seemingly already past your limit ... should be around page 2 or 3 don't remember and started to speack about hear-say law about copyright which sounded like joke to most people that kept on trying to calm you and reassure you that you woudln't be hanged for a game, you were already past your limit and decided to think people was ordering you to make a porn game that didn't respect the setting you wanted for your game and those people had to get a piece of your mind and some of your pent up anger so you decided to insult all of them and stop trying to understand anything ...

Yes, I am serious. When you conduct yourself in such a fashion it causes others to think less of you. Piece of advice for the creator; If you feel like you are repeating yourself in your responses sometimes it's better to just not respond to those people or at least to those specific points you have already covered. Not only is it a waste of time since you already gave an answer, but it's also only going to incite them more and give them more chances to find fault with you or what you are saying. Also it's not healthy for you if you spend too much time on it. It's fine to try and cater to the players to some extent. But I think in the end the best games are the ones the creator wants to make, not the game they were forced to make.

That aside, good luck with the game. Though I probably won't play it unless it's making fun of the characters (I hated the characters in that show). I only popped in this thread purely out of curiosity and boredom.

A word of advice on copyright: The work has to be transformative enough that similarities are for referential purposes to the original work. Making a game based on an existing property and changing nothing is not transformative. You're taking an existing concept, story, etc and putting in on another platform. That's it. I love Honkai Impact 3rd, but I can't just lift the models from the game, slap together a shoddy anime from clips and shit, and call it a "parody." It doesn't matter if I make a profit or not. I'm taking credit for doing to an existing property what it was not intended for, without the author's permission. If that concept escapes you, Dev, then you deserve to get sued out the ass.

One could presume the same applies to loli content, given dlsite has its fair share, and then some. In terms of encouraging op to produce such content and "adjust the ages", I can't recommend it. Especially if he ends up going to court (which is likely, given his attitude), that's just additional fodder for the lawyers. The dev could work it into a patch and then share that patch, but that doesn't get him out of the pile of shit he'd be in already for staying the course on this game.

On "Porn Addicts": Currently, we're all stressed beyond merit. Those of us who have an excuse to get outside (job, front-line workers, etc) I would hazard to call fortunate on the basis that they live with the fear of what could happen, amplified by the power of 1,000,000 angry Ivan's. I've read the posts, actually fucking read them (unlike some sycophant in this thread. Don't worry, this is the only acknowledgement you'll ever achieve from me), and while I disagree with the vitriol slung the dev's way, I can't even shame those people. I get it. You're stressed, and feeling attacked.

Problem is, you're supposed to set a standard not just for your content, but yourself, as well. Your messaging is bad in terms of whether or not adult content is on the table, if it will be you providing it, and if it will even be available to interested parties. Obviously, my investment is nil in this shit. It's a bad joke of a rip-off for a generic isekai that only low-functioning weebs enjoyed. I've seen Re:Zero, guys. Shit is just Higurashi in Another World. Fuck outta here with this low-effort "I got sent to another world except truck-kun didn't crush my cellphone hurr hurr hurr!" Standards, people.

On this entire affair: While I personally have no interest in calling the feds (especially on some dude who clearly deserves little more than a slap on the wrist for being so ignorant of copyright laws), I would recommend the dev take a huge step back, re-evaluate everything about this project and their attitude in general, play some bad porn games (Vanja shout-outs allowed, guys?), watch some better isekai (Seriously, Re:Zero is just Isekai Higurashi and that's what makes it so fun), and I dunno, wait out this 2020 victory lap? Maybe, when you do have a concept that isn't lifted off another property, come back and wow us.
